In this final series, we bring everything together, connecting your pelvic floor, deep core, and lower body into full-body movements that are functional, powerful, and efficient. Even if you haven’t completed Series 1 or 2, this class is designed for all levels. Under the expert guidance of a Doctor of Physical Therapy, you’ll receive modifications and personalized attention, ensuring that you can participate at your own pace while still achieving results. This series will leave you feeling balanced, aligned, and empowered, with improved movement patterns and a stronger, more connected body.

The program is intended to be inclusive of all skill levels with emphasis on learning and enjoying the game! Pickup games will be played.

The Brattleboro Area Table Tennis Club is open for ping pong players of all skill levels, and we strongly encourage beginners to join. Time is spent doing warmups and practice and then competitive games are played between the players who are present.  Groups of players go to a local tournament each year. There is an intra-club tournament at the end of the year.

Join us for an evening of Swords and Boards, Magic and Mayhem, and far too many dice to be reasonable. This ongoing weekly program is designed for teens and adults (16+) who enjoy tabletop rpgs, and gaming. We run short workshops covering the basics of D&D 5E character creation for new players, and weekly homebrew 1-shots and several session arcs for new players and seasoned adventurers alike to learn basics and enjoy delving into a world of magic, mythology, and of course, plenty of dragons. Be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and feel welcome to bring your favorite dice or other D&D accessories. Dice will be available to borrow for anyone new to the game. These games are LGBTQIA+ friendly, welcoming, and run. When new players join, we'll review basics on table etiquette, consent sheets (for triggers and game themes), and basic expectations/DM style.
